:: INVESTOR QUALIFICATIONS ::
- Person, or juristic person with knowledge of and interest in the cosmetics products and skin nourishment business
- Committed to a service-oriented business and sales
- Clean personal record
- Must abide by all rules and regulations stated in the franchise contract
- Local resident, or person well-versed in the area where the branch is to be located
- Recognized individual, or person with good connections and network, conducive to this type of business operation
- Owner of a commercial building, or person holding the legal rights to lease a building as stipulated by the company, or person possessing a rental contract for at least 3 years
- Fully equipped with an investment budget, personnel and place of operation
- Good understanding of product concepts and consumer habits
- Not a current operator of any rival business to Slimming & Spa
- Possess at least 5 million baht investment capital (variable, dependent on branch size)
- Clean financial record, or not on probation for any kind of legal proceedings
- Must complete all training courses provided by the company to ensure complete understanding of the business
